"Tina" Siola LaJoie

Of the Town of Wheatfield, joined her mother in heaven on Friday, March 8, 2024. She was born in Niagara Falls, NY, on May 29, 1952, a daughter of the late Stanley and Katherine [Smist] Siola.

Tina was a graduate of Madonna High School and Niagara County Community College.

She was a Motor Vehicle Rep II  with the Niagara County Department of Motor Vehicles for over 30 years before retiring.

Tina had a kind heart, was very giving and would do anything for anyone. She was fiercely independent and lived her life exactly the way she wanted to.  She could figure out how to fix anything. Tina loved doing jigsaw puzzles and had a puzzle room in her house that always had one started on a puzzle table.  She inherited her love of the daily jumble from her mom and was always the first to text the family that she was finished.  She loved all things sports (Go Bills!), game shows and Tweety.  She enjoyed working outdoors in her flower beds and seeing the hummingbirds at her feeders. Her evening routine included a glass of red wine and piece of chocolate. 

She was the sister of  Richard (Molly) Siola,  Carol Antonucci,  Patricia Siola and the late Kathleen Siola and known affectionately as Neen to her nieces and nephews; Kristen (James) Pyra, Anthony Antonucci, Erin (Peter) Graves and Holly (Kevin) Carroll, and Natalie, Laura, Logan, Hayley and Keegan.

She was formerly married to Ronald LaJoie.

Private Funeral Services were held at the wishes of her family.

Memorials may be made in her name to Niagara Hospice for the Angel Garden.
